There should probably be a term for that far-off look I get in my eye when I’m just done. I’m done with the day’s chaos. Done with the mess. I’m ready to just lock the door and eat an entire pint of ice cream. Well, I’m not giving up that easily. I’m determined to beat that feeling with a batch of our new Cheerful Mom Essential Oil Roller Blend Recipes.
When my day gets the best of me, I like to reach for essential oils that make me happy.
They help me get past my funky feelings and get on with the business of being cheerful.
Of course, it’s not just me. There are numerous studies that have been done on how essential oils can affect our moods in a very positive way.
They do this by interacting with our olfactory nerves which communicate directly with our brains. Yes, they literally tell our brains to snap out of it!
- So when my brain is feeling fuzzy, I can reach for an essential oil like Peppermint or Rosemary to sharpen my senses and fight off the dullness.
- And when I feel down, defeated, deflated, or drowsy, essential oils like citrus, spices, and fresh green aromas can fend off the doldrums and help me get back to my cheery self.
We’ve put together some crazy, good essential oil roller blends to get your creative juices flowing and to help you get back to being a cheerful mom!

How did you print the labels? Are these printed, or does someone have fantastic handwriting?
Beth K says
Hi Monica,
You can print on these labels or handwrite. I’d just make sure to test print onto a regular sheet of paper first to make sure it’s going to line up the way you like.

i would like to start selling young tell me how to get started and can you sell these blends that you give us recipes for
Beth K says
Judi,
Thanks for stopping by our site. You can read more about selling Young Living on this page and how to get started – http://www.recipeswithessentialoils.com/get-started/
Part of selling Young Living means that we follow their terms. They do state that you can only sell their oils in their original packaging. So if you choose to use Young Living oils in a product you sell, you cannot state that the ingredients came from Young Living.
I hope this helps!

Beth K says
I’d use a little vodka, too (nope, not being funny). Sounds perfect!

Beth, thank you so much for the mom help. I found you buy searching for restrictions for blending grapefruit, joy and patchouli essential oils. I know grapefruit itself can be challenging with some medications but should I consider combination problems in essential oils? Also, google ads decided that I could also benefit from a Coors Beer ad with my happy mommy blend. I had to laugh at the timing.

Where would you apply this oil to? Like what part of the body?

Hello! I usually apply these blends to my wrists or behind my neck.
