- Used traditionally as incense in religious ceremonies and for meditation, the scent is uplifting and relaxing.

Moisturizing Hand Scrub
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 ounces almond oil [1]
- 5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
- 5 drops Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil
- 8 ounce glass jar [3]
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in the jar.
- Stir well.
- Store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
- To use: Wet the skin and scrub gently with a few teaspoons of the scrub. Rinse.
You could also substitute the following essential oils if you desire: Lavender, Geranium, and/or Elemi.
