We’ll begin with a few of my favorite oils that help me feel at peace, grounded, and stable.
Essential Oils for Emotional Balance
These essential oils are perfect to keep me energized and yet at peace, clear-headed, and to keep me from becoming overwhelmed by emotions. They will give you a sense of security knowing that you’re controlling your emotions instead of them controlling you.
- Black Pepper: energizing, encouraging, and motivating
- Cedarwood: peaceful and grounding
- Cardamom: clears the mind, refreshes
- Chamomile (both types): reduces irritability and nervousness to allow you to balance your energy
- Clary Sage: calming and centering
- Cistus: uplifting and comforting
- Copaiba: mood-lifting to help balance normal feelings of everyday “blues”
- Cypress: energizing and uplifting
- Elemi: helps you recenter and recover from everyday stresses
- Frankincense: grounding with a sense of peace
- Gentle Baby: brings a sense of calm and stability
- Geranium: comforting aroma
- Grapefruit: helps you overcome negativity and come to a more energized emotional balance
- Idaho Balsam Fir: balancing and comforting
- Jasmine: uplifting and harmonizing
- Lavender: peaceful and clears the mind

Roller Blend for Emotional Balance
Ingredients
- 10 ml roller bottles [4]
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fractionated coconut oil [7]
- 10 drops Lavender essential oil
- 5 drops Vetiver essential oil
- 1 set of these really cute labels [6]
Directions
- Place the coconut oil and essential oils in your roller bottle.
- Insert the rollerball and replace the lid. Swirl to combine.
- Write on the label and affix it to the bottle.
- To Use: Roll a few inches of the mixture onto your forearms and rub them together.
