Spa Gift Basket

While I’ve never had an opportunity to go to a fancy spa for a day of luxury, I do make time for myself to incorporate some beauty treatments into my personal time to help me relax, get refreshed, and a little pampered before mom and wife duty calls again. This holiday season, bless a lady in your life with some luxury for herself by gifting her an easy and delightful Spa Gift Basket!

All four of our hand-selected recipes below including a Peppermint Sugar Scrub, Massage Oil for Her, a luxurious Body Butter and an after shower Moisturizing Body Oil, go together perfectly and use a lot of the same supplies. Perfect for assembling a variety of Spa Gift Baskets for friends and family this holiday season.

Place all of the finished products into a cute reusable basket [1], stuff it with some tissue paper or tulle, wrap a ribbon around it and you are ready to go!

Peppermint Sugar Scrub for Hands and Feet

Rich in vitamins and extra moisturizing this easy recipe for a sugar foot scrub (it also works on hands) will be a treasured item in everyone’s beauty routine. Using just a few simple ingredients: sugar, baking soda, avocado oil, and Peppermint essential oils, it’s an inexpensive recipe that takes just minutes to create.

Moisturizing After Shower Body Oil

Our moisturizing after shower body oil soothes skin and restores moisture, making it a perfect gift during the winter months! Using any combination of essential oils like Bergamot, Lavender, Jasmine, Elemi, Geranium, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, or German Chamomile, this recipe smells amazing and is the essence of luxury.

All you need is 1 minute of time and your choice of essential oils, a carrier oil (we prefer avocado oil), and a glass dropper bottle. So easy, yet so delightful!

Massage Oils for Her

We use fractionated coconut oil [4] as the base for our massage oils. It’s one of our favorite carrier oils because it’s light and not tacky to the touch. Coconut oil moisturizes the skin as it is quickly and easily absorbed during a massage. It’s also great because it has very little scent, which means it really lets the essential oils shine through.

Speaking of essential oils, we’ve specifically formulated this recipe to be perfect for women as it contains the delightfulness and romance of Ylang Ylang, Joy and Clary Sage.

Frankincense Body Butter

Last, but not least, we included our favorite and super popular body butter recipe featuring Frankincense essential oil. It’s luxurious and creamy, yet easy to whip up with only 4 ingredients. Using shea butter, coconut oil, Vitamin E, and Frankincense, a stand or hand mixer is perfect to combine the ingredients together into an unforgettable body butter that everyone will love.
