Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place avocados in a food processor with blade attachment and puree
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, agave syrup, vanilla powder, Cinnamon Bark Vitality Oil (or Orange Vitality Oil) and salt
  • Mix until all ingredients are combined and smooth
  • In a separate bowl whip the coconut whipping cream until fluffy
  • Gently fold the chocolate mixture and whipped cream together until all chocolate mixture is incorporated
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

Garnish with a small wedge of fresh orange on top of the coconut whipped cream. It not only looks pretty, but it lets others know what to expect when they dive into this decadent treat you’ve created for them.
Since Vitality oils don’t show up visually in food like herbs and spices do, a garnish is a great way to indicate somehow that a certain flavor is in a dish. Use this Fruit & Veggie Cleaning Wash to thoroughly clean fruits, veggies and herbs before garnishing a dish.
