Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

A non-dairy Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer made with all-natural ingredients, enhanced with Vitality essential oils.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond coconut milk blend unsweetened
  • ½ cup canned pureed pumpkin not pie filling
  • cup coconut cream
  • 1 drop clove vitality
  • 1 drop cinnamon bark vitality
  • 1 drop nutmeg vitality
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with dark roast coffee and a dollop of whipped cream topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or 1 week if using cows milk. Shake before each use.
  • Notes: If you enjoy cow’s milk, you can replace the almond-coconut milk with 1 ½ cups whole milk, and ½ cup heavy cream. Or substitute your favorite plant-based milk.

If you like your creamer on the sweet side creamer, add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup.
