Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve with dark roast coffee and a dollop of whipped cream topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or 1 week if using cows milk. Shake before each use.
