Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 12 drops Jade Lemon Vitality Essential Oil
  • 9 drops Orange Vitality Essential Oil
  • 3 drops Ginger Vitality Essential Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Marinate pork or chicken for at least an hour in the refrigerator before grilling to proper temperature (145 degrees + 3 minute rest).
