diffuser recipes to bring the outdoors in

Being stuck indoors for a long period of time can have a negative impact on your health and well-being. It’s called cabin fever for a reason! Decreased sunshine and lack of fresh air can be hard on the immune system. Less social interaction can lead to depression and feelings of hopelessness.

We diffuse essential oils for many reasons. They can freshen the air in our home, improve our mood, and bring on feelings of relaxation. When you can’t take a walk through the forest or visit the beach, a diffuser blend can help recreate the scenic surroundings you might be missing.
