There are few things more precious to parents than bedtime. If your home needs more peace before bed, then our Good Night Bedtime Spray should be the next recipe you try.
There are many things that help our family to calm down after a long day. Sometimes we arrange a relaxing bath, a bedtime story, and almost always a last drink of water. The kids have their own roller blends that we use on their feet after they brush their teeth. Of course, we turn on the diffuser with a relaxing blend.
But, our latest addition to our bedtime routine is the Good Night Bedtime Spray. (It’s great for naptime, too!)
Gentle Baby is the featured oil in our recipe and it’s truly one of our favorite essential oil blends. It’s a unique and wonderful mixture of:
- Ylang Ylang
- Roman Chamomile
The first time I encountered Gentle Baby Essential Oil Blend I simply couldn’t believe how tranquil the scent was. If you’ve ever heard of the expression “sleeping like a baby” then you have imagined the feeling of harmonious feeling that Gentle Baby creates.
Gentle Baby is perfect for calming emotions and creating a relaxing environment. I use this spray on pillows, bedding, and all favorite snuggly blankets. I’ve found that it helps my family quiet their minds at night and soothe troubled little ones.
