There’s nothing more relaxing than a warm, quiet bath at the end of a long, stressful day. Well, actually…there is. Start adding a Peaceful Milk Bath with Lavender essential oil to your daily, weekly, and monthly routine and watch your stress melt away!

Peaceful Bath Recipe with Essential Oils | RecipesWithEssentialOils.com

You’re exhausted. Rough day at the office, or wrangling the toddler. You got a frustrating phone call from a family member, or perhaps it was an unsettled claim from a previous accident. When things start getting rough and bumpy on this road called Life, one of my favorite things to do is slip into a warm bath at the end of the day to relax.

But, to really boost the benefit of a peaceful bath, I add Lavender essential oil into the tub with me. I can feel all my cares melt away and let the soothing calm fill the spaces of my mind and body. And, add a cup of warm milk as well to help moisturize your skin. There’s a reason people have added milk to baths for years!

I just use a cup of whole milk from the refrigerator. You could so use powdered milk in a pinch. 🙂
