There’s nothing more relaxing than a warm, quiet bath at the end of a long, stressful day. Well, actually…there is. Start adding a Peaceful Milk Bath with Lavender essential oil to your daily, weekly, and monthly routine and watch your stress melt away!
You’re exhausted. Rough day at the office, or wrangling the toddler. You got a frustrating phone call from a family member, or perhaps it was an unsettled claim from previous accident. When things start get rough and bumpy on this road called Life, one of my favorite things to do is slip into a warm bath at the end of the day to relax.
But, to really boost the benefit of a peaceful bath, I add Lavender essential oil into the tub with me. I can feel all my cares melt away and let the soothing calm fill the spaces of my mind and body. And, add a cup of warm milk as well to help moisturize your skin. There’s a reason people have added milk to baths for years!
