I like to get everything all laid out the night before (clothes, supplies, etc.) and send them off to bed with a relaxing bath. This helps them wind down and prepare their minds and bodies to hit the pillow.

Sleep is essential for a mind ready to learn. Check out our top sleep tips here and also check out our Good Night Bedtime Spray to help your kids get a good night’s rest.

Get them started on the right foot with Ningxia Red Vitamin C Gummies. Yes! I like the tangy, sweetness, too!

And a little stress can cause troubled skin to go into overdrive. In a pinch, you can also throw together a batch of Blemish Spot Treatment.

Curious about the rosemary and lemon Roll-on for homework. What properties from Rosemary made you choose it? Thank you.

Thanks for posting these recipes! Do you think it would hurt to add more drops of each oil and top with the CO? And, where do you recommend applying each roller?

Melissa – sure, you could definitely add more as needed. I would use them on wrists and back of the neck. 🙂

You can apply them to wrists or over the heart. You could even use these blends on the soles of your children’s feet if they prefer.

Are there non-nut oil substitutes? It seems that all have a base of coconut oil, and my daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and ALL TREE nuts.

Just curious if she is allergic to coconut oil as well? My daughter is allergic to tree nuts but does not have a problem with coconut oil. We use it as a base for all of her stuff. Just curious 🙂

Hello Tiara! Any of these blends can be used throughout the day on your kiddos. The A+ Test Day blend contains peppermint, which can be both invigorating and energizing. It helps me with mental focus or if I need a quick pick-me-up. Perfect for test day!

I was curious if I use these in a diffuser at home or in class, how many drops of oil to use for the mixtures? My diffuser requires approx 8 oz of water for the max-fill. Thank you so much.

I typically put about 5-8 drops in my diffuser at a time. It is really a personal preference. Check out our diffuser guide here.
